Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr modern und ordentlich eingerichtet. Nichts kaputt. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und freundlich.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Berchtesgaden, nicht zuletzt aufgrund unserer gemütlichen Unterkunft und unseren lieben Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain, aber dennoch sehr hell und bietet viel Platz auch für ein kleines Kind, um sich auszutoben. Die Wohnküche ist schön eingerichtet, bietet viele Gelegenheiten es sich gemütlich zu machen. WLAN ist vorhanden und auch in der gesamten Wohnung verfügbar, der Internetzugang ist für eine FeWo wohl normal schnell (5MBit down, 1MBit up). Aber man ist ja auch nicht zum Surfen im Internet in den Urlaub gefahren. Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr bequem und knarzt nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (auch wenn die Mikrowelle gerade ihren Dienst quittiert hat - wir haben sie nicht vermisst). Kaffeemaschine, Kapsel-Maschine (Nestlé), Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen (mit Timer), Milchaufschäumer, Pfannen, Töpfe, alles da. Wir haben lediglich unsere großen Kaffeebecher vermisst und Müslischalen haben wir uns vorsorglich selbst mitgebracht. Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaroller. Der Kühlschrank mit eingebautem Gefrierfach ist ausreichend groß für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Garage ist ein paar Meter zu Fuß die Straße runter, ein- und ausladen kann man aber problemlos kurz gegenüber in der Einfahrt vom Haus der Berge (aber wirklich nur kurz!). Strom in der Garage ist vorhanden, falls man - wie wir - sein E-Auto laden will (uns wurden dafür absolut akzeptable 35ct je kWh extra berechnet). Die Steckdose mit extra Zähler versehen, damit man gleich sieht, wie viel man vergurkt. Sehr gut! Ich würde allerdings ggf. davon abraten, mit einem all zu großen Auto anzureisen, die Garage war sogar für unseren Mazda MX-30 gerade noch eben groß genug. Für ein größeres Auto könnte der Platz knapp werden. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, und sehr gemütlich gelegen. Die Aussicht auf Obersalzberg und Jenner ist gewohnt schön, die Sicht in Richtung Watzmann wird allerdings durch das Nachbarhaus blockiert. Die Verkehrslage war im Zeitraum unseres Urlaubs deutlich erhöht, da die Bundesstraße und damit eine der Hauptzufahrtsstraßen wegen des Hochwassers gesperrt war und die Umleitung direkt durch unsere Straße lief. Dennoch war es abends ziemlich schnell ruhig. Das kann man also nicht bewerten, weil es alles andere als der Normalzustand war. Der Fußweg in die Berchtesgadener Innenstadt ist recht kurz und gut zu gehen (10 - 15 Minuten). Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke!!
