In a character house, completely renovated in 2018 in the heart of Berck plage (30m from rue Carnot and 200m from the beach) this beautiful apartment of 75 m2 welcomes you for your summer holidays with family or friends that can accommodate comfortably 6 people.

Important note: Sheets and towels optional with a supplement of € 20 per room

- a bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200 and the private bathroom (with wc, sink and shower)

Great stay for the family

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was nice and clean and spacious and right next to the beach. Julia the owner was lovely. She kept in touch and popped over to welcome us on our arrival. I would recommend this accommodation. It was a lovely short family break.

Emplacement fort apprécié. À quelques minutes à pied et de divers commerces et restaurants. Trois chambres et deux chambres de bain: c’était parfait pour quatre adultes et un enfant de dix ans.

bonne à condition d'installer un sèche linge au rez de chaussée

Appartement bien distribué et bien agencé . Bien situé. j'occupais l'appartement du rez de chaussée. Il y manque un sèche linge à installer à côté du lave linge dans la salle de bain (120cm). L'humidité de l'air étant important à Berck, le linge sèche difficilement. Il est impossible d'ouvrir en grand la fenêtre de la salle de bain pour un séchage efficace étant donné que l'entrée de l'appartement du 1er étage donne sur la salle de bain. Si par mégarde les locataire du 1er laisse leur porte d'entrée grande ouverte 17 rue d'Estienne d'Orves, n'importe qui peut entrer dans l'appartement du rez de chaussée. Autre sujet, le stationnement des véhicules est très difficile dans le quartier. La police municipale m'a verbalisée.

Sommerurlaub am Sandstrand

Objekt: Schöne, helle und neu renovierte Ferienwohnung mit tollen Bädern und Küchenzeile. Lage: Sehr nahe an der Hauptfußgängerzone (Rue Carnot) von Berck-sur-Mer gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten frisch und günstig Baguette und gute fertige Gerichte zu besorgen und zu Hause zu essen. Auch zum sehr breiten Sandstrand ist es nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben das Auto 1 Woche lang nicht bewegen müssen. Klima: Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang August war es morgens meist bewölkt, bis sich die Sonne durchsetzte. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, so dass Wäsche und Badesachen langsam trockneten.

Erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Familienurlaub in Strandnähe mit besonders nettem Kontakt zur Ver

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 16.07 - 30.07.2022 mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern + Hund in der wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in Berck. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Es gibt 2 getrennte Bereiche mit Schlafzimmer und Bad bzw. 2 Schlafzimmern und Bad. In der Mitte ist die Küche mit Wohnbereich. Perfekt also für uns, da wir mit meiner Mutter angereist sind und sie so ihren eigenen Bereich hatte. Wenn doch mal etwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert, ist die Vermieterin Julia sofort zur Stelle und hilft. Besonders, als bei uns am Ende das Auto kaputt war und wir spontan mit dem Zug fahren mussten haben Julia und ihr Mann uns sehr geholfen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder! Unsere sportlichen Jungs haben die Nähe zu den Sportplätzen und zum Tennisverein dort sehr genossen. Dort wurden wir sehr nett empfangenen!

Très bel appartement, idéal pour couples avec enfants ,situé à proximité de la rue commercante et de la plage. Julia est d'une grande serviabilité et gentillesse. Nous avons été conquis par le lieu et la ville. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour sympa à Berck sur Mer

Appartement agréable et calme bien localisé proche plage et proche rue principale. La propriétaire Julia est très ouverte et très réactive en cas de souci, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Un peu compliqué pour se garer dans Berck, mais c'est inhérent à l'endroit et non au logement.

A refaire !

Un appartement agréable décoré avec goût et bien agencé. Quelques petits soucis à l'arrivée vite réglés par une propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive. Malgré la pluie les 6 occupants ont pu profiter du séjour sans se gêner. On s'endort bercés par les mouettes (qui elles ne dorment pas apparemment...). Nous recommandons les lieux 😊
