The villa was spotless and well-maintained.

The villa was spotless and well-maintained. We received a delicious bottle of wine with a large platter of meat and cheese from the local butcher. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the beautiful view. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. It's not a 3-star property, but worth 5!

Wir waren jetzt 8 Tage dort zu 5 mit hund. Wir wurden ganz herzlich von Roman empfangen im Kühlschrank waren lauter tolle Sachen wurst-käseplatte frisches Obst und Getränke. Es ist schön ruhig dort in 10 min waren wir im kaufland. Varazdin ist ein kleines Örtchen auch intressant. Wir haben den Pool am Haus echt genossen und die Ruhe. Jeder Zeit wieder Vielen Dank

Wer die Ruhe und Erholung sucht - ist hier richtigNach einer langen Fahrt sind wir mit unserem Hund gut am Haus angekommen. Hier wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Nach einem ausführlichen Rundgang, mit notwendigen Erklärungen, konnte unser Urlaub starten.Das Haus ist in einer sehr ländlichen, ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Räume sind alle klimatisierbar. Für die Abwechslung stehen neben dem herrlichen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, eine Sauna, Fußball-Kicker, Kinderspielraum, Kinderklettergerüst mit Rutsche zur Verfügung. Eine Waschmaschine gehört ebenfalls zum Inventar. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und vollständig umzäunt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.Vom Grundstück ist ein traumhafter Ausblick auf die grünen Täler und Berge gegeben.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor Ort (ca. 1 km) oder in Varazdin (ca. 10 km) ausreichend. In der schönen Altstadt von Varazdin laden viele Resterants zum verweilen ein.Die Vrmieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bestrebt Wünsche zu erfüllen.Sollte es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlagen, kommen wir gern wieder.
