Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke,öffentlicher Parkplatz in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar!Das Haus befindet sich zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße/Kreuzung, der Lärm wird durch das geschlossene Fenster aber gut gedämpft.Einzig der Balkon zum Innenhof - gleichzeitig Zugang zur Wohnung - ist sehr schmal, und der Tisch mit zwei Sitzplätzen ist für beide nebeneinanderliegenden Ferienapartments bestimmt.
