Beautiful house built in 1889 in the village of Berge, fully restored by hand over five years. The modern rustic style preserves its original essence and spirit.



On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with an American-style kitchen that leads to the cellar, which retains part of its original olive press. The second floor offers a relaxing reading area with a pellet stove, providing direct access to the main bedroom with a double bed and a small open wardrobe.



The top attic floor is a cozy retreat, perfect for unwinding. Lose track of time in this inviting space—ideal for a quiet afternoon of reading or ending the day with your favorite movie and drifting off in the charming bed.
