Near the Sea familyhouse consists of: Near the Sea 1 and Near the Sea 2, a total of 18 people can stay. The prices include: beds made, cleaning costs, small and large towel per person, tea towel, kitchen towel and dishcloth. Both holiday apartments the kitchens are equipped with: combi fridge, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker and kettle.

Included for Near the Sea 1: 1 parking permit (valid all day) and 2 visitor permits (for 4 hours of parking). Near the Sea 2: 2 parking permits and 1 visitor's permit. Paid parking in Bergen aan Zee runs from 1/3 to 1/11 between 10.00 am and 7.00 pm. You can buy a day ticket for extra cars at the parking meter.
