A modern luxury villa in a beautiful location just 30 meters from the sea. Swimming and fishing is possible. Lovely garden with sunbeds, a handmade stone barbeque with a great dining area. Here is even a Jacuzzi available. The house is only a 10-minute drive to the city center and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and grocery store. It is located only 5 minutes away from shopping centers with bowling alleys, ice skating, and a waterpark. The house is only 10 minutes away from Flesland airport.
This is a fantastic family home on two floors. The sea view from the house is spectacular, and it has all the needed facilities. The outdoor area is great with a stone BBQ grill and good space for dining and sunbathing. Also includes two terraces and a large parking area just outside the house. The property even has a Jacuzzi with a lovely view.
The guests can use the full house and all the rooms.

This is an established quiet area of villas. You will not experience noise or much traffic here. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. This is a unique possibility and it is close to the city center.
It is a 10 minutes walk to the bus that will take you anywhere in Bergen. Arriving at Flesland airport will take you 10 minutes by taxi. From the city, there are buses, trains, and subways to take you around the city and areas surrounding the city.
The main entrance holds a keycode lock, a guest code will be delivered before arrival.
