Terrific location, great views. Beds are comfortable. Love the espresso machines for coffee anytime. The breakfast is unbelievable- all sorts of choices for every nationality.

The room we stayed had no AC eventhough the advertisement for the hotel says there is AC. Our room suppposetly had Harbor view. We were looking at the roof of the buildings next door.

Nice hotel located very central. Staff were all very helpful. My only little complaint was that the hot items from breakfast, even tho lots of variation, was always cold. This did not affect our stay tho as was still great.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was amazing—multiple types of eggs, meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pancakes—everything was delicious. Norway was having a heat wave when we stayed and they provided fans, which really helped (since the rooms are not air conditioned).

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic- can’t remember the last time I had such a comprehensive and delicious breakfast included with my room! My room was clean and quiet even though I was on a lower floor facing the street. Staff did a great job managing record heat by outfitting each room with fans. Desk staff was kind. Steps to fish market and funicular. Parking directly across the street should it be needed.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Clean rooms albeit dated. No AC and it was warm at night and HOT in my room during the day. Towels were paper thin. Bring your own toiletries - no conditioner or lotion provided. 4 star European hotel so 2.5 in the U.S.
