Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour un week-end de 3 nuits en famille.Nous avons reçu la confirmation de la réservation d'Abritel, mais le jour J nous n'avons jamais reçu les informations nécessaires de notre hôte.Après avoir ENFIN réussi à la contacter par SMS, car impossible de pouvoir se contacter directement par téléphone.cette personne nous informe que l'appartement ne nous était pas attribué, que le ménage n'était pas fait, que le lendemain d'autres personnes devaient venir s'installer.Résultat, nous avons été dans l'obligation de trouver un hôtel à la dernière minute, par nos moyens, puisque ni notre hôte, ni Abritel nous a trouvé ni proposé une solution de remplacement.L'hôte nous justifie que le problème provient d'Abritel, mais difficile d'y croire au vu des difficultés pour la joindre.Si vous aimez l'imprévu, la désorganisation et les mauvaises surprises alors cette location est faite pour vous.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien situé. Propreté ras. Manque un peu d'instructions pour l'arrivée mais cela s'est vite réglé grâce à la plateforme Abritel et la propriétaire.
