Cozy apartment in Bergün, Graubünden with a fantastic view

The 50 sqm 2-room apartment is in a quiet location on the 1st Floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (all around 10 sqm, from east to south to west) you have a wonderfully wide, unobstructed view of Bergün and the Graubünden mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden space at the house is available for general use. The walk to the town center with bakery and supermarket is 5 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor pool with a beautiful lawn is located 50 m from the apartment.
The lovingly furnished apartment is designed with laminate flooring and consists of a bright living / dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (tub with shower) with toilet. The modern fitted kitchen has an electric hob with an induction hob, a refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment and is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar. In addition to a powerful WiFi connection, there is a compact hi-fi system with a radio and CD player. (possibly. Please bring aux cable for the connection of smartphones.)
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you want to bring a pet, we ask you to coordinate this with us beforehand.
