Luxury Escape Beneath the Stars

Luna is one of three A-Frames at Sky Mountain Retreat, alongside Aurora and Orion. While the cabins are positioned along the same scenic ridge and interconnected on a roofline, each A-Frame has been intentionally designed with its own private outdoor living spaces, including a dedicated hot tub, fire pit, seating area, and outdoor amenities. This thoughtful layout allows guests to enjoy the convenience of a retreat community while maintaining their own personal space and privacy.

Traveling with extended family and friends? The three A-Frames can also be reserved together, creating the perfect setup for family reunions, couples retreats, or wedding weekends. Guests can gather around the fire, share meals, and make memories together while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own cabin at the end of the day.

From breathtaking views to cozy evenings by the fire, every stay is meant to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of the mountains. If you have a larger party, we have multiple options to stay nearby on the property with multiple configurations.

Sky Mountain Retreat is four miles from Cacapon Resort State Park w/hiking, 18-hole golf, swimming, boating, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, and shooting. Conveniently located only eight miles to town for mineral baths, spa, shopping and dining. It is 10-miles to C&O Canal Bike Rail Trail. Historic sites and skiing are also nearby.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Cacapon Golf Course. Enjoy features like a hot tub. The cabin offers a balcony and a TV.

We stayed at the Luna! It's a beautiful clean modern cozy place just as in the pictures. I appreciated all the thoughtful practical and modern home decor that makes this place feel like a cozy home. Nothing is missing. A true chill cozy place with a spectacular view. It is not a 100 percent private experience, but it was worth it for us.
