Im Herzen Berlins erwartet euch dieses modern eingerichtete Studio-Apartment (50qm) mit dem typischen Berliner Altbau Charme. Das Apartment liegt im Prenzlauer Berg und ist sowohl von der City West als auch von Berlin Mitte schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und verfügt über ein bequemes Bett und eine gemütliche Schlafcouch.
In der Umgebung des Apartments finden sich unzählige Restaurants und Bars, sowie vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten

Dieses Apartment bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt um Berlin zu erkunden. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt und man durch eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreicht man alle Hotspots Berlins völlig unkompliziert.

Die Gegend um das Apartment ist wohl einer der schönsten Kieze der Stadt. Die Strasse is eine Fahrradstrasse das heißt es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. In Laufdistanz findet man unzählige Cafes, Bars und Restaurants.

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Die Stationen Senefelderplatz und Eberswalderstrasse sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein Parkaus in welchem man für 12€ pro Tag sein Auto parken kann.
The apartment can be entered at the latest from 3 PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 11 AM on the day of departure. If the apartment is ready for occupancy earlier, you will receive a message from us on the day of your arrival. Furthermore you can store luggage in our luggage room before entering or after leaving the apartment.

We will send you a link for your online check in 3 days before your arrival. At the online check-in you will receive the door code for your apartment and all information about entering the apartment.

At the online check in we request a damage deposit (between 150 and 300€) via PaPal or credit card. The deposit will be only `blocked`, but not debited. The deposit will be released approx. 24 hours after a flawless check-out.

Please read our house rules carefully:

- No disturbing noise/music (after 10.00 pm) or parties

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood so please take care to avoid disturbing noise (especially in the backyard) and pay respect to the night rest of other residents of the house particularly after 10PM.

- Damages, losses and violations

Our apartment is equipped with lovely selected and high-grade furnishing. Please use our equipment carefully and in case you face any problem with the apartment while your stay, please inform us immediately. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by you.

- Smoke and animal prohibition in our apartment

All our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. If you would like to smoke please use the balcony or leave the house. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments (guests could suffer from allergies).

- Return of the apartment

On your departure day the return (check out) of the apartment is always possible until 11 am. We are happy to offer you to keep your luggage after the check out until you leave. Please take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. At check-out please put all used dishes in the dishwasher and remove any rubbish, leaving the apartment in the same condition as you occupied it.

Of course a final cleaning of the apartment is included in your room rate. Please note, however, that we have to charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 100 for highly contaminated apartments. Strong impurities also include possible odor nuisance.

In case of contraventions or disturbances against our house rules we reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately, with keeping the whole rental fee and the deposit. Any further regulations of damage is reserved by us.

An additional culture and tourism tax of 7,5% is charged for all travelers, which is not included in the total price. Payment is made at online check-in.
