It was frustrated to see a dark house without reception at 22pm. Found a number to call and had to wait 10 min until someone picked up the phone and explained where to find a key card. Next morning at 8am suddenly a housekeeper opened the door standing in the room, even without knocking. There was a small “lock” button on the door but didn’t work in this case. The housekeeper came again and knocked at 11am during my remote meeting, i opened door, she walked away. It was one night stay theoretically reception can inform housekeeper if the room is checked out for cleaning.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe Ku'damm, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Schön ausgestatte Zimmer, praktische Badezimmereinrichtung.

Alles ganz nett. Etwas unpersönlich, was aber nicht stört. Ein late Check out um 13h statt 11h mit € 20.- zu belasten finde ich aber dann doch sehr schnöde.
