Great stay the interconnecting rooms and single beds for the teenagers was great. It hard to find family rooms and not two double beds so this was perfect. Staff friendly and room was ready when we arrived early extra bonus after the early morning flight.

The property was clean, staff were super helpful & friendly and the room was very comfortable! Ideal location just outside of a u-bahn station, walkable to local shops & cafes and has been an excellent base for sightseeing & visiting local christmas markets!

Stayed 4 nights. Buffet breakfast every day 07:00 until 11:00. Room very nice and clean. Interior of the hotel is really nice. Really good location. U Bahn 150m from door. 10-15 mins walk to all the museums. Easy to get around from hotel and lots to see and do.

Room overall was good. The bathroom light starting flicking. When we told the staff they said it was the light circuit but did nothing to actually fix it. The ac unit made a terrible noise almost every night that made it difficult to sleep. The area itself was fantastic and felt safe. Housekeeping came everyday to provide new towels and made the bed.

Lovely orange water , candies and small cakes in the lobby. Conditioner for my hair and body lotion. Tea kettle in room with a choice of teas and instant coffee. I am not a coffee drinker so can not comment on how it was.
