A versatile bonus room on the main level offers a dedicated workspace and a full-size Murphy bed, along with convenient access to the half bath—ideal for remote work or accommodating additional guests.

Things to Know:
• Community Pool, Fitness Center and Clubhouse are NOT available to renters. Guests can plan to enjoy their days at the area beaches such as Ocean City or Assateague Island. They are both a short drive away.
• The community pier is a nice place to launch your own kayak and if you want to...bring your own crabbing gear for a fun afternoon at the community pier.
• Stroll the serene nature trails or take the kids to the playground.
• Take a quick drive to surf the waves in Ocean City, browse the antique shops in Berlin, or photograph the wild ponies roaming Assateague Island.

• Parking for two cars in attached garage and a dedicated driveway (maximum of 2 vehicles). The HOA strictly prohibits street parking.

This house was very clean, had lovely decor, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Ocean City, Gateway, and 10 minutes from Assateague Island. I would definitely stay in this Bayside again.The kitchen could have been slightly better stocked, perhaps with coffee or tea and olive oil, but otherwise it was perfectly adequate.The reason I did not give 5 stars was the lengthy to do list:First of all we had to put away a dishwasher completely full of clean dishes upon our arrival. I’m used to taking out the trash and loading up any dirty dishes, but we were also asked to strip all the beds, take all the linens downstairs to the laundry room, and start the laundry.I’m supposed to be on vacation, but I felt like I was at home! I hope the property manager makes check out easier for future guests.
