difficult to enter, no clarity on how to get in afterhours (calling a hotline to get a code), very limited reception times, and no luggage storage options outside of normal hours ! Close to the airport but requires transportation. Room and facility was clean. Cannot really recommend this place.

Very nice all around. The staff are nice and always willing to help, even when they are not on duty. The room is well equipped, and parking is available within walking distance.

Front desk lady was absolutely horribly rude. I asked a question about how to get the discount at the pizza place and got met with a horrible person back. Never again. I'd rather sleep outside on the street.

We arrived early in the morning, and although we notified them in advance, there was nobody to open the door for us. Took us more than half an hour to manage to figure out what to do. The bathroom at the room was extremely smelly from sewage, and the beds were too soft. It’s located in an area with no services like supermarkets or restaurants. The room itself once we were able to get in was clean as expected.

If you need a place to stay the night before leaving Berlin this is a great place right next to the airport with vending machines for snacks and beverages. Very clean

It was a good place to stay the night for the airport, the room was small, but we had AC, and it was great. Breakfast was terrible, bread was hard, no eggs, no bacon. We had to pay for breakfast, and we were not impressed at all. The Staff wasn't friendly, the orange juice didn't work, ran out of creamer. I received breakfast for free at several hotels in Germany, and they were great, then, I had to pay for something that was not good at all
