An sich ein wirklich schönes Apartment, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. mMn an den falschen Stellen gespart und im Erdgeschoss neben einer Schule ist tendenziell unpraktisch. Ws war wirklich unheimlich sauber und ganz gut ausgestattet. Tolles Bad, tolle Beleuchtung usw.Aber es erinnert schwer an einen Showroom, weniger an einen Platz in dem man sich wohl und "zuhause" fühlt. Alles unheimlich hochwertig, macht fast ein bisschen Angst Dinge zu benutzen. Gespart wurde ein wenig an der Grundausstattung. Fernseher super klein, von jedem Besteck maximal 4 Teile, die Couch zwar wirklich ästhetisch aber super klein und wenig bequem und das obwohl massig Platz ist, keine Koch und Backutensilien, wie Backpapier oder Alufolie. Halt Daily Usage Produkte. Handtücher und Co. hingegen mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Größtes Manko mMn: Die Vermietung lagert privates Eigentum in der Wohnung. Damit haben wir uns recht unwohl gefühlt. Dan ist aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Gern ein bisschen "heimischer" gestalten und dann ist das ein wundervolles Apartment mitten in Berlin.
