You will live in a beautiful, charming, light and quiet apartment in an old building (fully renovated) in the heart of this prospering city! The apartment is 2 minutes away from the park Charlottenburg, which belongs to the world famous castle Charlottenburg. The subway is across the street, the airport Tegel is 4 bus stops away, the train station 'Zoo' is about 10 minutes away, the exhibition centre of Berlin is about 10 minutes away and the World Cup stadium is 15 minutes away. Enjoy the old beautiful timber floor which gives the apartment a unique character and an old oven which is no longer in use, in the living room. The entire building has been renovated with a lot of love for details. The kitchen is fully equipped for all Jamie Oliver fans and all the objects of utility are new or in a top state. For underlining the character of the apartment the furniture was picked very carefully. Expect more than the average holiday apartment with all the cheapest furniture you can find.

Quiet, tidy and...lots of steps!

Apartment was exactly as described, and everything worked well within. Extremely quiet place, which was much appreciated. The 80 steps to get to the door were not a surprise (the owner had advised us on booking) but still proved a challenge at times, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Suffice it to say we both lost weight and gained cardio-pulmonary function from our trip!

We had a great time in Berlin. The flat is situated in a quiet area with S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations very close. It was a good place to stay and we were made very welcome by Barbara Wydmuch.

Nice neighborhood and quiet apartment

It's a lovely and quiet apartment. I didn't hear any noise coming from the apartments or surrounding apartments the entire time! It's so close to the metro, you can be anywhere you want in no time. It's also on the ring line which means you can ride the metro tram around the main ring of the city in either direction. Theres a large Lidl grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to the Charlottenburg palace. And there are river cruises that leave from very nearby the apartment. We didn't use one but saw them when we were walking around. Its an ideal location as you can be downtown in 15 minutes by train/metro but are in a nice residential area that is safe quiet and comfortable. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen is ample for that. We were always in touch with the owner and he made perfect arrangements for someone to meet us, even past 10pm since our flight was late. We flew into Schoenfeld airport which is the furthest away I think. Try to fly into tegel as its super close to the apartment. We got in about 1030pm on a Monday night and did find a wonderful gyro/falafel place open but not much more so you can see its a nice residential area with good services but not 24/7 type of place..and Caution...it's on the 4th floor with no lift so you get a good workout! It's the back building so as you enter through the main doors, it's through the foyer of the first building, across a small courtyard and into the back building. They provided excellent instructions as well.

Schönes Ambiente und gute Lage für Familien oder für zwei

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Umfassende Infos im Vorfeld, netter check-in ( und etwas Spielraum beim Auschecken). Freundliche, helle Altbauwohnung in ruhigem Hinterhaus, prima Verkehranbindung und Schlosspark Charlottenburg vor der Haustür. Buchen wir gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Schöne Ferienwohnung in netter Wohngegend, wir und unsere Fellnasen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, zentral, verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig gelegen (Hinterhaus mit Blick in momentan grünen Innenhof). Für die kostenlose Fitness ist auch gesorgt (4.Stock Altbau ohne Aufzug;)) Besonders hervorzuheben: Sehr netter Empfang vor Ort (vielen Dank nochmal an Frau W.), reibungslose Kommunikation (auch mit dem Vermieter) im Vorfeld. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr zentrale und ruhige Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der sauberen Wohnung. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt auf alle Fälle diese Unterkunft wieder aufsuchen.

sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit günstiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden und es gab einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkte Verbindung mit S Bahn, U Bahn und RE. Perfekt! Herrliche Altbau Wohnung im grünen

Es war einfach nur schön. Der Empfang von der Haushälterin sehr freundlich und die Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Berliner Altbaustiel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wenn man die Fenster aufgemacht hat sah man viel grün und die Vögel zwitscherten. Eine herrlich authentische Wohnung mit einem guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Jederzeit gerne wieder:)

Wir haben eine Woche im September in Berlin verbracht während der Biennale. Sehr lieber Empfang von Barbara. Eine sehr angenehme, helle und ruhige Wohnung im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug). Direkt an der S- und U-Bahn gelegen, im Allgemeinen gute Anbindung an das Netz, etwas weit entfernt von Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Prenzlauerberg sowie vom Flughafen. Ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sie liegt in einem ausgesprochen ruhigen Hinterhaus und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt gegenüber des S-Bahnhofs. Einzig den festen Duschkopf hätten wir uns höher gewünscht - ansonsten alles prima!

sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen! Trotz der zentralen Lage und der guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war die Wohnung sehr ruhig . Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und es gab eine große Auswahl an Büchern und Spielzeug. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Kommunikation mit dem Eigentumer und die Hausmanagerin war problemlos. Eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung für ein Besuch in Berlin!

Sommer in Berlin

Wir haben Familiensommerurlaub in Berlin verbracht und dafür die Wohnung von Herrn Steinberger gemietet. Da sie direkt gegenüber dem S-/U-Bahnhof Jungfernheide liegt, war man schnell am Wannsee, im Prenzlauer Berg oder auch auf der Museumsinsel. Am Morgen lud der Park vom Schloss Charlottenburg zum Joggen ein. Die Wonung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Noch schöner, wär's gewesen, wenn ein paar Räder zur Verfügung gestanden hätten, für das Brötchenholen am Morgen oder zur Erkundung der Jungfernheide mit der gesamten Familie. Wir empfehlen die Adresse weiter und wünschen allen Folgegäste eine schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin.

Die ideale Ferienwohnung für unseren Berliner Aufenthalt

Schon im Vorfeld war die, durch Verzögerungen wegen Corona notwendige, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ganz hervorragend! Alles hat wunderbar, wie angekündigt, geklappt. Wir sind sehr sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Diese Ferienwohnung war für uns einfach ideal von der Lage her. Mit viel Gepäck und bei Hitze, ist der vierte Stock, vor allem wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist , eine sportliche Herausforderung. Allerdings haben wir uns schnell an das Treppensteigen gewöhnt.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir mochten die Wohnung sehr gerne, sie liegt schön ruhig im Hinterhaus, sehr nah zum Schlosspark, schönen Museen und bestens an die Stadt angebunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Ich würde sie in jedem Fall wieder buchen.
