In our historic former chief physician villa, a total of 400m² and 3500m² garden area you can feel comfortable. The house was more than 15 years a well-known artist Villa. Here already several cinema and television movies have been filmed. Among other things, "Fuck yu Goethe".

Our house is in a cul de sac. No car through traffic. The car can stand free. In 7 Min. They are walking on the S-Bahn station. In 25 min. You are the S8 in Berlin Mitte. They come with the Berlin public transport at night back to our house back. During the day there the S-Bahn every 10 minutes. There is additionally also a night bus.

In 3 min. Walk from our house you are in the shopping center with a large supermarket, bakery and organic loading.

Surroundings.
300m from our house you go into the park with an artificial water landscape or the historic Künstlerhof. There you will find arts and crafts and a nice coffee.
In our place you can rent bikes and ride to the wild horses. They can be found on extensive crop areas outside the whole year. We have many ponds and lakes in our area and so many wild birds, such as cranes, geese and the red kite. On our property there is a Burrow. Every spring you can watch with us the young foxes. To our family are still 2 tomcat named Alwin and Lobos and 2 cats named Moringa and Lulu. All children are loving and devoted.

Yoga and Meditation
In our house Kerstin has, to my wife, yoga and meditation, and for children there is a weekly children's dance. We had beautiful frequent guests, who participated in one or the other offer. You might be interested, and also want to try something.
