Our modern holiday apartment is centrally located in Berlin. Everything is organized to serve all the needs especially of families with children, couples or older travelers. The apartment offers you a quiet and relaxed stay. There is enough space for children to move around in the apartment. A spacious living and dining room, a small kitchen area, a shower room and a sleeping and games room can accommodate 4 people (+1 baby).

Our apartment is centrally located in the Samariterkiez, in one of the most fashionable districts of Berlin: Friedrichshain. The apartment is well connected to transit: Public underground, S-Bahn and bus services are in a close distance. There are also cozy cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Nevertheless, the Samariterkiez is quiet and with many lovingly designed playgrounds it is also a very popular residential area for families. In just a few minutes walk you will be in the famous Simon-Dach-Kiez with ist vibrant bar scene, mentioned in many tour guides about Berlin. Also many hip shops have a wide range to offer from fashion over music to rarities and curiosities fort he shop-a-holic.

The apartment is well connected to transit: Public underground, tram and bus services are in a close distance.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
