Our small holiday home is a 50 m² apartment and is located in a separate cottage with private entrance, small garden, terrace and conservatory. The accommodation is conveniently located and offers many opportunities for an individual holiday or a short break in the capital Berlin.
The apartment is ideal for couples, but is also very popular with families. It offers a total of 4 people (additional bed for 5. Person (toddler) possible), is lovingly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Children are welcome guests, as are small dogs. A highchair is available, space for a travel cot is also available. The property is fenced.
The apartment is handicapped accessible and wheelchair accessible. There are no steps. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
In the kitchen you will find a complete equipment.
The sleeping area comes up with a new box spring bed, the living room has a flat screen TV with satellite TV.
There is a play area for the little ones and information material (environment tips) for the adults.
Sheets and towels are in our linen package.
An initial equipment such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels, dish soap, filter bags, salt and sugar, etc. goes without saying. (We furnish the apartment as we wish and like it elsewhere). We also want to meet a certain quality standard without star classification. Our guests should feel comfortable with us.

The apartment is located on our residential property with private access and patio area with barbecue and sitting area and a winter garden for cool evenings. We strive for an individual care during your stay.
A parking space can be found on the doorstep.
Shops and restaurants are in the immediate area. The lake is within walking distance and very popular for walks. There is a playground and ice cream parlor, as well as an Italian restaurant with beer garden overlooking the lake. Falkensee Train Station is a 20-minute walk away and a bus stop is right on the doorstep. The center of Berlin is about 25 minutes by car.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Spandau Citadel. A gym is available. A kitchen and a patio are available in the vacation home.

Das Haus liegt gegenüber einer Schule.Trotz Rolladen war für mich der Morgenverkehr zu hören und somit der Schlaf abgebrochen. Schade....Aber die Einrichtung ist gemüthlich und gut.

Das Ferienhaus ist kompakt, praktisch und komfortabel. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten ist ein schönes Extra. Check-In und Check-Out waren angenehm unkompliziert. Der Standort ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden.

optimaler Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr saubere, funktionelle Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man braucht, Lage sehr ruhig, trotz der Großstadt Nähe. Waren mit zwei Hunden da, toller Auslauf am See nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Hunde konnten auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, Garten eingezäunt.

Schöne kleine FeWo, alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Von hier aus kann man prima Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen. Man ist auch schnell in Berlin und Potsdam... Dankeschön.

Schöne Wohnung und gute Lage

Gut für eine Familie mit großem und kleinem Kind geeignet, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin super, Lage gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar, in der Wohnung fanden wir die Abstellkammer für Koffer etc und den Wintergarten als Spielzimmer sehr praktisch, gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren wg. den Special Olympics da. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr gut gelegen, mit Bus und Bahn ist alles in Berlin einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung mit nettem Wintergarten

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für uns Reisende mit Hund, in kurzer Zeit ist man im Wald, hier kann man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen, in Berlin ist man super schnell. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett begrüßt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr nette Woche.

Das Angebot entspricht nicht der Beschreibung

Liegt direkt an der Straße zum See und Freizeit Gelände sowie gegenüber einer Schule mit Parkplätzen (zum Glück waren gerade Ferien) und Bushaltestelle vor der Eingangstür. Für 2 Erwachsene +1Kind gerade noch ok. Raumangebot passt und ausreichend. Vollausstattung der Küche trifft absolut nicht zu. 3 Töpfe (1x3l, 2x1,5 l, 2Pfannen ohne Deckel und defekt. 3 Schüsseln. Teller, Besteck u.s. ausreichend. Kühlschrank 125L, innenliegendes Kühlfach und kl. Gemüsefach. insgesamt nicht ausreichen zumal wir täglich +30°C hatten . Herdplatte defekt und keine Steckdosen im Arbeitsbereich. 1 Geschirrhandtuch, 1 Spüllappen. Da geht mehr.. "Begehbarer Schrank 2 m² " mit Kleiderständer und Regalschrank! Bett 140 ccm breit und Couchteile zum ausziehen. Zu wenig Steckdosen für Elektronik, Ladegeräte etc. . Großes Bad mit Dusche, 1 Steckdose im Spiegelschrank die klemmt und sonst keine mehr im Bad. Der Wintergarten ist das absolute Highlight der Anlage. Hell, geräumig und sehr nett eingerichtet. Wegen den hohen Außentemperaturen konnten wir in leider nur an einem Tag nutzen...Schade . Außenbereich: Geräumig allerdings Schmuddelig. Das da Bäume stehen und dadurch Dreck runterfällt ist ja ok und auch nichts einzuwenden. Moss auf den Bodenplatten, Geweg, Holzwänden auch Eingangstür hätte ich nicht erwartet und auch nicht die schon teils verrottete Schilfwand. Sauberkeit: Der Wohnbereich war sauber, ordentlich und tip top. Internet: Keines Vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage und auch weil ich es geschäftlich benötige haben wir einen WLAN Verstärker erhalten Fazit: Aufgrund das wir bis auf einen Tag ganztägig ausser haus waren ist die Anlage ok. Während der Schulzeit denke ich unmöglich. Bisserl nachbessern und das kleine Anwesen würde mehr Freude bereiten.
