This recently renovated 2-bedroom home in Assateague Pointe is thoughtfully appointed and exudes a beachy charm throughout. Located just steps from one of the community’s two outdoor pools, the back porch and yard offer a peaceful view of the pond and water fountain, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The home is conveniently situated near the fishing and crabbing pier as well as many of the community’s amenities. Guests will enjoy access to two large pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier extending into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, paddle boats, basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Inside, the home includes a kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this property offers a great location for a coastal getaway. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. We were very happy with the house and the community was wonderful. We didnt have time for the pool but we did a lil tour around the park. There was some confusion with the after hour check in but it all worked out and we had a great time. Would definitely book here again as it was far enough away from the beach scene but also close enough to get to for the festival we went for!
