Sopi minulle hyvin, kun tarvitsin vain lepoa ja yöpaikan. Ympäristö lähes teollisuusalue. Metrolle, U&, kävely alle 10 min, hyvä! Hotellin yleiskuva vaatimaton, rauhallinen huone, läheisen moottoritien "kumu" kuului hiukan sisälle.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn und durch die alten Fenster dringt doch sehr deutlich der Motorenlärm. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar schicke, neue Möbel aber die Sauberkeit war dafür nicht zufrieden stellend. Neben dem Waschbecken sah man an den Wandfliesen ganz deutlich die Zahnpastaspritzer von wer weiß wie vielen anderen Besuchern. Einmal drüber wischen hätte da schon gereicht. Die Dusche und das Klo waren sauber, sind aber natürlich auch die Sachen, bei denen am meisten drauf geachtet wird. Der Eingang sieht so modern aus, dass man etwas erschreckt, wenn man die Zimmer betritt. Die Bäder könnten dringend renoviert werden und auch die Fenster noch eine extra Verglasung auf Grund des Lärms vertragen. Unter unserem Bett lagen Wollmäuse, ich denke zum täglich Brot gehört einfach der Staubsauger... das Personal war sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Nachts hat ein Mann die Schicht, was ich persönlich sehr beruhigend finde. Das Frühstück ist für zwei drei Tage ausreichend, aber dann wird es schnell eintönig. Preislich gesehen war dieses Hotel aber trotzdem noch deutlich günstiger, als andere und hat direkte Anbindung zur Autobahn, sodass man überall auch mit dem Auto schnell hin kommt. Es gibt Hoteleigene Parkplätze und Frühstück inklusive, das gab es bei anderen Hotels nur gehen hohen Aufpreis wie z.B. 25€ pro Tag für das Parken! Also hygienisch gesehen ist das Hotel jetzt nicht der Renner, aber für ein Wochenende zum Berlinerkunden reicht es alle mal!

Positiv - sehr gut Lage für Anreise mit Auto - gratis Parkplatz - 1 Min Gehdistanz zu Bushaltestelle - angemessenes Frühstücksbuffet - schöne Hotelbar - günstiger Preis - Zimmer sauber - ruhige Lage negativ - Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage - Gebäude mit ziemlichem Investitionsbedarf - schlecht riechende Teppiche - U-Bahn 10 Minuten entfernt

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung

-Hotel liegt neben dem Tempelhofer Damm -Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden -1 min Entfernung zum Einkaufsmarkt -für kurze Aufenthalte perfekt
