Incorrect photos on site. We did not have a coffee machine and were told the photos online have been out of date for over a year. The hotel was clean. The handwash dries out your skin so take your own (we thought it might be body wash).

The staff is always helpful and kind— Nadine, Andreas, Roan, stefan, and the italian lady at breakfast. Very clean facility and the pool and sauna is very relaxing to a tired day.The garden is nice when there are no smokers, and it’s a quiet area. A few improvements can be made: -the mattress is too firm - the floors need soundproofing, i can hear footsteps all the time above me. -the wifi is not strong. Video calls are difficult.

The design and architecture of the hotel, with large windows overlooking at the indoor terrasse/garden, combine with warm beige tones and plants made the stay very welcoming and a better experience than other hotel. Room were clean but dust on the floor near the bed and mould in the corner of the shower was a disappointing experience. Notheless, the rain shower feature, the brightness of the room and the comfy overall made our stay great.

This place has gone downhill enormously!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It is now under new management and is much worse. The WiFi was nonexistent in my room. I complained to the front desk and they never fixed it. Also, I was in a dead zone for my cellular service, so I had no internet at all. In addition, they now charge you for use of their pool. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend.

Well located. Easy walk to the metro rail. Staff was friendly. Somehow unorganized. They offer breakfast for 22 euros. Better walk to a near by cafe and save the money. Room was decent. The AC didn't cool enough.

The hotel in itself (room, lobby, pool) is clean and looks pretty good. The front desk service was friendly and thorough, especially in the evening. This said, the morning staff was less welcoming and not very flexible… This proved to be a minus until the last morning when we had to speed up breakfast and check-out and felt we were in the way rather than guests.

I booked this hotel and read the reviews afterwards, I was then worried as people had rated it very poorly. Having now stayed there I am astonished at the things they wrote, this is a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel with easy access to the centre of Berlin but quiet to sleep there away from the city bustle. It has a sauna, swimming pool and car park facility. A short 6min walk to a convenience store and bus and train station. If I had to criticise it's just that there is no lunch or real snack facilities within the hotel. However the staff are very helpful and even offered to store snacks and soda or beer for us in their fridges. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
