This comfortably furnished, single family style house is available to visitors all year. It is situated on an immense 800 sq m property surrounded by gardens, which despite its size is still centrally located. A pool assures refreshment during the summer, and on cooler summer nights, an open fireplace on the terrace assures a cosy atmosphere. In the house there is a modern air conditioning system. The Metro line M6 can take you directly into the city centre. A parking space in the garden of the holiday home is at your disposal at no extra charge. We recommend our holiday home to everyone who does not want to be confined to a narrow, expensive hotel room, but rather would like to move about freely and enjoy nature.

Location of the holiday home: The holiday home is situated in Landsberger Allee, in 12679 Berlin-Marzahn. It does not directly adjoin the street and is reached by a 40 m long private drive. Surrounded by gardens, it is peacefully situated and at the same time very well connected to the public transport network. With the Metro tram line M6, which can be reached in a 2 minute walk, you can travel directly into the city centre. It leaves every 10 minutes and takes between 15 and 25 minutes. Other shopping amenities (Lidl, Aldi, Kaisers, among others), bakeries, chemists, banks, pubs and restaurants are reached in a 5 to 10 minute walk. You can also go for a walk in the Erholungspark and look around the gardens of the world (15 minutes by foot) or wander along Berlin’s second biggest river, the Wuhle. Rock climbing is possible on an artificial cliff face. If you are sporty, then you can try to reach the top of our Kienberg, from where you will have a good view out over the eastern suburbs.

Travel connections: Arrival by car: Berliner Ring, exit Berlin Marzahn, straight on for 7km, past the Kaufpark Eiche, up until 100m before the traffic lights with the windmill (Landsberger Allee/Raoul-Wallenburg-Str). Arrival by train:stations Berlin-Zoo, Berlin-Ostbahnhof or Berlin-Lichtenburg. S-Bahn station (line S7): Springpfuhl or Marzahn, to these stops it takes just 6 minutes by Metro tram M8 or M6. M6 Metro tram stop: Landsberger Allee/Blumberger Damm, 2 minutes walk away from the holiday home, with a direct connection to the city centre in around 15 to 25 minutes. Metro M8 tram stop: Alt Marzahn, 5 minutes away from the holiday home by foot. Along with the contract documents you will receive a detailed description of how to reach us and a flyer of the holiday home, upon which the location of the holiday home is outlined.

Additional Information: The landlord, who was born in Berlin, is happy to provide you with insider tips during your visit in Berlin and is also your personal point of contact for all cases. There is an information map in the holiday home with valuable suggestions about sights not just in the immediate area around the holiday home and Berlin as a whole, but also for the areas surrounding Berlin. Maps of the city, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn networks and for the new Metro lines are all at your disposal. Recommendations for current cultural and sport events can also be given.
