Calm and quiet little hotel. Very serviceminded staff. We were a couple of hours early but could get access to the room anyways. We could store our bikes in a little room in the cellar during the night.

The room and the breakfast were very good. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. But nobody could answer me, why I had to pay EUR 10,50 in addition to the EUR 59,50 for the room, because I payed EUR 70,00 already in advance ? Thanks a lot and kindest regards, Holger Koslowski

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I found a dirty shower towel with makeup stains. The morning brought a shock as we couldn't access our room; the hotel had only booked us for one night instead of the two we had reserved. Breakfast was a bit of a puzzle with misleading signs, swapping meat salad for egg salad and mislabeling strawberry yogurt as baked apple yogurt. The coffee seemed recycled, and butter and margarine vanished on the second day. The check-in staff appeared unmotivated and overwhelmed, even attempting to charge us again during check-out despite having already paid. Thankfully, the breakfast lady stood out with her friendliness and attentiveness, setting an example for her less impressive colleagues.

O hotel fica bem afastado do centro de Berlim. Mas com transporte publico em 25 minutos é possível chegar ao centro. O café da manha é excelente, os colaboradores do hotel foram atenciosos. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.

gut mit PKW erreichbar, guter Parkplatz zu fairem Preis, gute ÖPNV-Verbindung in die Innenstadt, einfache aber gute Frühstücksauswahl, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig, Zimmer auf Parkplatzseite leise. Wehmutstropfen: die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut, wenn man sie nicht vorsichtig schließt.

We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit hotel. We troffen 1 minpunt en dat is de 1e schans die er is voor rolstoelers. Deze is te steil en zelfs met hulp is ie pittig te noemen. Ook voor honden is dit hotel een fijn adres. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn goed. Hotel is met de auto prima te bereiken. Tram stopt voor de deur, S-bahn is ca 15 min lopen.

Für diese Kategorie ein sehr gutes Hotel. War schon öfter da. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Lüfter im Bad von Zimmer 215 sollte ausgetauscht werden, da zu laut. Ich komme wieder.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Es ist für jeden Etwas dabei. Das Manko mit der Klimaanlage, die defekt, teilweise aus der Wand heraus gebaut war, und man dies auch in diesem Zustand hinterlassen hat, trügt den guten Eindruck. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Der nochmals extra gesicherte Parkplatz für Autos, (den man bezahlen muss), hinterlässt ein positives Gefühl. Die An- und Abreisezeiten sind optimal gewählt worden.
