Ferienwohnung

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Man kommt mit dem Fahrstuhl in die Wohnung, kann sich im gemeinsamen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit dem Rollstuhl bewegen, die Küche und das Bad sind zu eng. Mit Mühe erreicht man die Toilette, da der Rollstuhl vor der Tür stehen bleiben muss, die Dusche kann somit nicht benutzt werden. Die Dusche entsprach auch nicht meinen hygienischen Anforderungen. Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Bett fanden wir bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Nachbarn hörten wir keine. In direkten Nähe befanden sich Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte, Cafes und Essgelegenheiten. Einzig der defekte Fahrstuhl machte uns beim Aufstieg ein wenig zu schaffen. Wir würden dennoch die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Wohnung sauber und ausreichend für 4 Personen, die nächste U-Bahn ca. 1 Kilometer fußläufig erreichbar, lebhafte Umgebung, alle Geschäfte, Cafes, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lage der Wohnung sehr gut aber die Ausstattung Verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage der Wohnung in Moabit ist sehr zentral. Mit Bus S-oder U-Bahn hat man in kürzester Zeit alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung Verbesserungswürdig. Die Anzahl des Bestecks ist einfach zu wenig. Es gab weiterhin nur Wassergläser. Wenn man mal ein Glas Wein oder Sekt trinken möchte sind keine passenden Gläser vorhanden gewesen. Außerdem sind zwei von vier Kaffeebechern beschädigt gewesen. Auch bei einem Essteller war am Rand ein Teil abgebrochen. Vielleicht wären auch ein paar Behälter zum verschließen sinnvoll, so dass man nach dem Kochen zubereitete Speisen die übrig sind aufbewahren kann. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings könnte die Duschtür am unteren Rand intensiver gereinigt sein. Weiterhin wäre es schön gewesen noch einen Satz Handtücher mehr zur Verfügung zu haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir konnte die Wohnung ohne Probleme vor der vereinbarten Zeit beziehen.

Klein, gemütlich und mittendrin

Alles glatt und wie vereinbart gelaufen; Wohnung liegt mitten drin im Kiez von Moabit und ist ausreichend eingerichtet - mehr ist für eine halbe oder ganze Woche Berlin nicht notwendig; gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten
