We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!

We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby. The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue. The curtains are thick, blackout style curtains. We were in a 2-bedroom unit and it was pretty spacious. The small kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the management was excellent. The building has just been completely renovated. During our stay (late May into early June 2026) they were still carpeting the common areas and renovating the top floor (5th floor) so we had some small issues during our stay that were dealt with quickly and were only temporary since the work is being finished soon. Going forward I would expect there will be no issues for guests.
