I had a good experience staying here. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. Huge plus that the train station is just across from the hotel. Going to Berlin was very easy. I loved the refillable water, especially the tap for sparkling water The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is but the staff kindly let me get some milk for my toddler and an Uber Eats delivery of a Subway meal cost less The room is lovely, neutral view with a little bit of the train station visible which the toddler loved Wifi is great, fast and available Shower was also great The receptionists are lovely too, with just 1 exception
