The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

This well-managed apartment was ideal for our trip to see the sites of Berlin. It was warm, comfortable, well-equipped and situated in a safe complex of family homes. Transport links, shops and places to eat are all close by. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we felt well looked after in our communications with Andreas and with his representative, Valentin, who was there to greet us.

Ideal base to explore the city. Close to all public transport options, within walking distance of restaurants and alexanderplatz. There is work happening on the property that meant the outdoor space was unusable but this had been communicated prior to arrival. It was disappointing but unavoidable. We were so busy exploring that we only really slept in the apartment but it was perfect for a short stay

Excellent Apartment

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Andreas’ apartment. It is in an excellent location: set back in a quiet complex but just a few steps to the bustling Rosenthaler Vorstadt. There are excellent bus, tram and U-Bahn links nearby. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops as well. The apartment flows very well and is designed to a high standard. There are all the amenities for your stay. Andreas is easily contactable and very much on top of communication. He is also incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great find. This place has the best location one could ask for. Pretty much walking distances to everything, with transit less than a 5 min walk. Also within a 5 minute walk are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, all good. Our host, Andreas , waited up to 1am to greet us, as our plane was delayed. He made himself available throughout our 4 day stay, and answered any questions we had, including restaurant recommendations. Our place was filled with high end appliances, and everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return. Thank you Andreas.

Quiet comfort in Berlin

This apartment was perfect for tour of Berlin. It’s close to a U bahn station with plenty of restaurants close by. Andreas was very attentive to our needs. If we return to Berlin, I would rent this place again.

This place!

This apartment is wonderful! It is clean, quiet and very safe. equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is really cool! It is in a prime location with a quick walk to restaurants and UBahn stations. Andreas met us to check-in and is such a gracious host! We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone - including those with kids.

Great place for up to 3 people

This is a studio apartment, fits up to 3 people. Location is great, just 2 minute walk to U-bahn and tram stops. Neighborhood is lively, full of shops, bars, restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street, residential buildings that is as quiet as you can ask for. There are pharmacies, supermarkets within walking distance. Did not spend much time in the apartment itself, but is simple, well furnished, bathroom was clean, kitchen is fully furnished, and the full service (auto grinder/brewer) coffee machine was much appreciated. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to perhaps install a handle on the shower wall when you get in the tub. I am used to lower height bathtubs, and as I had a foot injury a couple years back, I find it somewhat harder than necessary to get in and out of the bathtub. This place will be at the top of the list when I visit Berlin again.

Perfect experience. Communication from the host was timely and helpful and we had a warm welcome (and even an offer to meet us at the tram stop!) by Valentin. The apartment is beautiful and very clean in an elite complex that is very close to the subway/tram and many amenities. We plan to return to Berlin and will definitely book early so we can stay there again.

Brilliant position in this lovely part of Berlin. So much was easily walkable. Also very handy for the u bahn. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. In a modern block and whilst being very central, once inside the complex it was very quiet. Very warm and comfortable.

Lovely Apartment in Mitte

This compact apartment has everything you need for a few days in Berlin - well equipped kitchen, good shower, good sized bedroom area. The apartment was nice and clean - it’s on the ground floor of a quadrangle apartment block which is accessible by a locked gate, so feels secure. The Rosenthaler area is lovely with bars and eateries and good local transport links. It’s also quite easy to walk to Alexanderplatz (about 20 min walk). We’d definitely go back!

This is a comfortable, well equipped apartment. We were impressed by the quality of the equipment provided. The area is quiet and safe. We walked to many locations and used the nearby U-Bahn. We can recommend this property too highly.
