This luxurious 2,700 foot sq. foot townhouse is the perfect place to enjoy golf, fishing, or enjoying nearby attractions like Assateague or Frontier Town. Only rents to age 25 and above.

1st floor - 1 bedroom
2nd floor - all living / entertaining space
3rd floor -3 bedrooms
4th floor - loft play room

2- King - attached bathroom - 3rd floor
3 - Queen - 3rd floor
4 - 2 twin beds - 3rd floor

4 cars MAXIMUM.

The Space:
Cleaning fee includes full linen packages- towels/ sheets / kitchen/ bath/etc.
You will only need beach / pool towels.

Community Pool - requires a key fab, which is in unit. Hours are 10am - 6pm daily - Memorial Day - Labor Day every year.

Nice townhome near the beach

Perfect rental for a family. The house was clean, spacious, and very well decorated. My teenagers loved the loft and the decks. The pictures are absolutely accurate, unlike many other rentals that use different camera angles to make the homes look bigger. The location was also great. We were very close to the beaches, lots of attractions and restaurants.
