Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €1800 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
