The pictures do not reveal that this is a commercial -not residential - property. While spacious, a portion of the space is tied up with commercial items.The entry room (with tv, sofas & chairs) has a cement floor. The kitchen has a single burner & microwave.The bedroom is separated from the rest of the space by a drapery spanning the width of the room, but no door.Finally, although we didn't use it, the air conditioning unit does not appear to be functional since the flexible exhaust tubing has multiple large holes.Communication was good.

Neukölln Spacious Pad

Good alternative to overtourism. The on-street but quiet space is a business space, but it is totally suitable for a stay. It is sort of open-concept. Has kitchette with all essentials. Non-tourist Kiez on bus line with plenty of food around. One of my favs was Al Hanan. Good cafes within 5 minute bike ride. Bike 44 is a fantastic bike rental place.

Besonders und spannend eingerichtete Wohnung, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen zum Kochen, inklusive Siebträgermaschine. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
