Lovely hotel, 5 mins walk from train station, 3 stops from the airport. 45 min journey into the centre of berlin. Nice spacious rooms, modern and clean.

Great room near airport in Zone B Berlin is 40 mins away by direct metro to Alexandra plaza. Daily clean was efficient. Potstam also close 1hr or so. Food not tried. Aldi next to hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff. Looks like a new hotel with modern facilities. It is a 5 minute walk from a train station and there is an Aldi across the road. There are limited restaurants near by, but there are some food options in the hotel restaurant.

The staff was overwhelmed (the guest ahead of me had been waiting an hour to get a keycard that would work for his room). They gave us the wrong room with only one bed when there were three of us and we booked the triple room. We never got the help we needed and we were too exhausted to wait an hour, so we just made it work. Unacceptable.
