Nice hotel, nice location

I was in a put in an accessible room and overall it was nice but there are some issues that should be addressed. The cleanliness of the accessible equipment was sub-par. It didn’t bother me since I didn’t need it but it really needs to be taken care of. The location is walking distance to Alexanderplatz and shopping. I had a room on a lower floor and the street noise was noisy until the evening, fine to sleep

This property is conveniently located within several blocks of Alexanderplatz, which gives you access to trains and buses to go anywhere and everywhere in Berlin. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful. The breakfast (although a little pricey in my book) was very good.

Disappointed with the Booking Experience

I made a prepaid booking and was surprised to be charged again for the room when paying the city tax — unclear and frustrating. Still awaiting refund… The “family room” was very misleading. It was actually just a single room with one double bed and what best described as a “twin bed,” but turned out to be a fold-out armchair. Definitely not what I expected for a family room.

Zimmer war schmutzig obwohl Premium Katagorie. Im Badezimmer gad es spuren von den vorgängern. Das Bett für ein Doppelbett definitiv zu klein (1.60x2.00m). Wir haben uns eine Zimmerteinigung gewünscht, diese wurde leider nicht durchgeführt. Der Teppich am Boden hatte Flecken. Die Unterkunft punktet durch ihre Zentrale Lage. Für den Preis haben wir uns jedoch mehr erhofft.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Das Familienzimmer mit 4 Betten war ausreichend. Jedoch ist das Klappbett relativ unbequem. Eher nur für Kinder geeignet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab genügend Auswahl.
