Booked premier plus room with additional features of in room fridge and safe, iron and ironing board and complimentary bottles of water. Safe was licked shut in arrival and despite reporting it to the Reception team it was never fixed for the duration of the stay. There is also a limited dining menu for the bar which at 7:00pm on Saturday evening could only offer pizza or soup because the kitchen was closed. The same occurred on the Sunday evening. Having checked out spent time in the lounge and went to order coffees to be told it would be half an hour wait as the machine was in its cleaning cycle. No alternative offered despite there being two other machines in the breakfast room. Breakfast had more than adequate offerings and appeared well managed. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom cleaned to a high standard

I had emailed premierr in regarding this and still have yet had no responce so i will leave the review here. Hi I stayed in your hotel for one night 06.09 til 07.09 in room 976 in the alexanderplatz hotel. While the room was lovely the coffee machine was not working properly and the drainage in the shower was not to standard meaning that after my shower I opened the door and all of the water started flooding over the main floor which had my bag with my clothes in it so I was unable to change my clothes as they were soaked which was very disappointing. My key card also failed on one occasion meaning I had to take an unnecessary trip to reception to reset my card. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with a great location by Alexanderplats. Clean and comfortable rooms. Did not have breakfast. The cleaner tried to come in early in the morning which was a bit disturbing, otherwise good experience!

The internet was great and the room was clean. The bar at the hotel was good and offered nice wine at a reasonable price which was even better between 5-7pm as it was happy hour and 30% off all drinks. Staff were friendly. One criticism was the air conditioning. Despite the fact the property said it had it, it seemed this was only available in the summer- the staff recommended we switch it off and open the window to cool the room down from the 28 degrees it had reached at the start of the holiday. This was a minor set back and once we figured out this was the way it got it down to a more reasonable 22 degrees. So, the hotel was generally a bit warm. Having the window open at night wasn’t really an option as the hotel backed onto a busy road with lot of car noise and emergency service sirens throughout the night. So, workable and probably reflected in the cheaper price of this hotel. Wouldn’t let that put anyone off booking this place as the hotel location is great. However best being aware before booking.
