The parking garage was 15€ and it was very tight to enter and exit. The breakfast was 17.90€

Nie wieder

Das Zimmer war klein und spartanisch ausgestattet, ansonsten ok. Allerdings muss man im voraus alles bezahlen und erhält aber keine Rechnung im Voraus. Als wir das frühzeitig auschecken mussten, wegen einem Notdiensteinsatz wurde mir nichts zurück erstattet wie zB Parkplatz oder Kurtaxe, aber eine Rechnung ausstellen könnten sie wohl nicht. Nach minutenlangem hin und her diskutieren haben die Herrschaften versucht eine Rechnung anzufertigen. Dazu hat der eine erstmal ein pdf-to-Word Programm heruntergeladen um die Zahlungsbeträge zu verändern, weil die aus irgendwelchen Gründen die falschen Preise auf der Rechnung hatten. Wir mussten dann zügig das Hotel ohne Rechnung verlassen, weil wir einen wichtigen Kundenauftrag hatten. Habe bis heute nichts per email erhalten, wie abgesprochen, nichtmal für die 60€ für 3x Parkplatz habe ich eine Rechnung erhalten, musste ich aber am ersten Tag alles bezahlen.

Great Berlin Option!

Great hotel, area is very quiet but easy to get to mainland Berlin. A lot of small shopping options for diner overnight or to shop for a small family.

Ein Premier Inn in einem alten Gebäude. Lobby und Zimmer entsprechen einem Premier Inn, allerdings funktioniert die Klimaanlage im Gebäude nicht. Es ist eine Lüftung. Die Übernachtung im 4 Stock war bei über 30 Grad Raumtemperatur unmöglich. Nach Beschwerde, sind wir aus dem Familienzimmer in ein kleines Doppelzimmer im 2. Stock gezogen. Dieses Zimmer war wesentlich erträglicher. Hotel dürfte nicht die Ausstattung „Klima“ haben.

Nicht die üblichen Premierinn Standards. Das Hotel ist von innen und außen sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer und der Empfang sind zum Teil renoviert. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage im 4. Stock hat nicht funktioniert. Die Fenster ließen sich maximal kippen. Unerträgliche Hitze im Zimmer.

Schönes und schlichtes Hotel. Super preiswert mit wirklich tollem Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeit über Tiefgarage vorhanden.
