Staff was helpful but the lady whom I asked for help had limited knowledge of dining and local transportation in the area. My Expedia booking number did not work on the online check in screens in the lobby so had to wait in a long queue. Also the heating system made a loud rattling sound so I had to change rooms. The shower head, pressure and bathroom size was excellent! Loved the lighting system and blackout shades. I’d definitely come back!

I like this hotel - it is modern, clean, walkable distance to many places in Berlin. There are a lot of convenient stores around. Staff is friendly.

We loved the coffee in the morning and the retro video games you could play. The rooms were very quiet, dark and comfortable. Very close to the main train station so good central location.
