Located in a quiet street, you’ll be just a short stroll from the country club, Bermagui’s vibrant main street with its cafes and shops, and the town’s stunning beaches. Dog friendly Beares beach is located 700m away.

Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, with built in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom featuring shower, bath, vanity & toilet, direct access to the deck overlooking the golf course.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4: Trundle Bunk bed ( 3x singles)

Downstairs:
Bedroom 5: Queen bed.

Kitchen/dining : Gas stove, Air Fryer, Kettle, Toaster, 10 seater dining table. NO Oven.
Lounge: 2x lounges, television, coffee table.
Main bathroom: upstairs- Shower & bath & vanity.

Games room: Located downstairs the game room features a pool table, foosball, table tennis, yoga mats & Puzzle board with direct access to the back yard. Please make sure kids are supervised.

Outdoor: Grassed backyard with direct access onto the golf course. Gas BBQ.

Linen is provided- just bring along your beach towels!

Parking: 1x car space in lock up garage. Ample for 2 cars + on street parking available.
Boat Parking: Suitable for 1 large or 2 smaller boats

Pets : Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Any damages or excess cleaning fee's will be charged to the guest.
