Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on each floor plus an ensuite off the primary bedroom and a deck on either side of the home you can immerse yourself in the expanse of the Pacific Ocean or gaze out across the undulations of Bermagui, it’s coastline and onwards towards Guluga Mountain.

During the whale season you can watch them breaching and frolicking from your verandah.

Only 800mtrs to the famous Bermagui Blue Pools, 1.1kms to the Country Club & golf course, 1.2kms to the Bermagui Beach Hotel and 1.5kms to the Fisherman’s Wharf – this home is perfectly situated to bask in uninterrupted solitude or to partake in an array of local activities.

Undercover parking available with access to the garage included plus room for a boat (dependant on size) with a generous driveway and limited off-street parking.
