This beautiful 2 story house located close to the Bermagui Wharf, beaches, river, cafes, shops, golf course and country club. This generously sized home can host families, fishermen, golfers and any water enthusiast. Sit on the front deck for a BBQ or in front room with views to Mt Gulaga and beach.
Make you way through this home from the lower level with 3rd bedroom and second bathroom and laundry, continue up the beautiful timber light filtering stairs to the top level lounge room with kitchen, sun filled dining and sitting room area with expansive windows to take in the view. This level then has 2 bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath. Access available to upstairs separately from outside to the dining area.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning, 2x Bbq's for guest use.
Coffee Pod Machine.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with built in robes.
The second bedroom has set of single bunk beds with built in robes,
The third bedroom downstairs has a tri-bunk and Lounge sofa bed.
Upstairs also has a Lounge Sofa Bed
Linen - Guest will need to supply your own linen -Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Plenty of space for boat parking with two large driveways.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
No access to garage or shed.
