Would not recommend. Rooms in very poor condition. Damaged wall with large hole in wall, floor lamp damaged and inoperable with broken shade, dirty shower, torn rug, inoperable and poor room lighting. They covered a broken desk lamp with a tea set. Bathroom very poorly designed. More like a bad hostel or hospital room. Felt unclean and poorly maintained. We booked a premium room. Amenities were not as advertised. Claimed we had to ask for them. Couldn’t get any compensation because we booked through Expedia. Offered one free drink which was pitiful. Would not stay again or recommend. For our last stay in Switzerland it was sad and disappointing.

Hotel was good and staff where very friendly. However, there was major construction going on across the street. The construction went on all throughout the early mornings from 4 to 7 a.m. Although this is not the fault of the property it is not acceptable to have this noise while guests are sleeping.
