Clean and very stylish hotel. Enormous room and fantastic location. Lovely shower but it soaked the whole bahroom.

Unfreundliches, nicht hilfsbereites Personal, Betten hochkant auf den Fluren, nur 1 stilles Wasser in der Minibar, sehr kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge, mehrfach den Kopf angestossen, kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Guten Tag Christiane Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns ein Feedback zu geben. Dafür sind wir jeweils sehr dankbar, da wir uns nur so verbessern können! Es ist korrekt, dass wir zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthalts ein paar kleine Neuerungen vornahmen, um auch weiterhin den Wünschen unserer Gäste entsprechen zu können. Leider hatten wir platzmässig keine andere Möglichkeit, als die Betten kurz dort abzustellen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir in diesem Moment Ihre Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllen konnten. Gerne haben wir die Kritikpunkte bezüglich des Personals und der Minibar weitergeleitet und sind bemüht, hier bessere Lösungen zu finden. Wir danken Ihnen, dass wir Sie bei uns begrüßen durften und hoffen, dass Sie uns eine zweite Chance geben und wir Sie bald wieder bei uns willkommen heissen dürfen! Herzliche Grüsse
