Welcome to this authentic 18th-century cottage, a former wine cellar fully renovated, nestled in the heart of Bernis village, Languedoc-Roussillon. With 90 m², it accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently. A coffee machine and washing machine are at your disposal. Each bedroom has its own TV for your comfort. Breakfast can be provided on request, available for an extra fee.
Outside, enjoy a sunny private garden, terrace, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining. The fully enclosed and secure courtyard is ideal for motorbike and bicycle enthusiasts, with a bike storage room and maintenance equipment available on site.
Two shared parking spaces are available on the property, and one pet is welcome. Please note, our Border Collie lives with us next door.
Located in the heart of the village, the cottage is just steps from all amenities: bakery, butcher, grocery, pharmacy, bar, and restaurants. For safety reasons (stairs), children over 10 years old are welcome.

Note: During the village festival (July 15-19, 2026), the village celebrates with a bull in the streets and music until 2:00 a.m.
