Apartamento um pouco antigo, mas ótimo! Tivemos dificuldade na hora da entrada e outro problema durante a estadia que um dos chuveiros parou de funcionar e não foi solucionado. Mas as partes boas compensaram as partes ruins e pretendemos voltar! Obrigada

Foi muito bom!

A minha estadia foi muito boa, pude contar com a atenção e cuidado do proprietário, e com as boas condições do imóvel. O apartamento é antigo, com algumas questões de iluminação e estrutura, mas o proprietário sempre esteve disponível a nos auxiliar bem como, o próprio condomínio! Sem contar que, ele é bem próximo da praia, o que facilita muito!

Excelente apartamento. Funcionários do condomínio excelentes, prestativos, infraestrutura do condomínio excelente. Tivemos problema com a geladeira mas o Sr. Vander, que é o proprietário, resolveu imediatamente, mandou um técnico e depois uma geladeira nova. Proprietário super atencioso. Adoramos nossa estadia e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes. Nota 1.000!

Péssimo ou pior!!! Propriedade e proprietário não confiável!

Reservei o apartamento 43 do edifício San Fernando por 6 dias. Paguei antecipadamente como regra do proprietário e do site. Desde quando cheguei, pude ver uma péssima situação de conservação! O refrigerador não funcionou por toda minha estadia, mesmo tendo reclamado imediatamente! Um vazamento no banheiro e um ventilador de teto quebrado ajudaram bastante a contribuir para a péssima estadia! Cômodos às escuras porque as lâmpadas estavam queimadas! O Sr. Vander (proprietário) mora nos USA e não tem condição nenhuma de resolver ou administrar nenhum problema! Tudo documentado, escrito claramente, imediatamente após eu descobrir os problemas, mas a reatividade foi lastimável! Perdi muito dinheiro jogando fora comida estragada (sacos e sacos de alimentos) e indo/voltando do supermercado. Perdi principalmente tempo de diversão e alegria, esperando técnicos que não vinham e que, quando vinham, não resolviam os problemas! Ou carregando sacos de gelo para manter o mínimo de alimentos embaixo do gelo... O proprietário chama de fatalidade! Eu chamo de tortura de férias! Acabou com meu descanso, paciência e ainda me trouxe um grande prejuízo financeiro e pessoal! Ter suas crianças pedindo alimentos e bebidas geladas e não poder dar é surreal, na fantástica Riviera de São Lourenço! Férias e apartamento para esquecer!!! E pra quem reclamar? Só ligando para os USA... E quem vai me recompensar? Quando? Quanto? Espero que você tenha melhor sorte do que eu...

O Imóvel é muito bom, a única coisa que desagradou foi o condomínio, o pessoal é muito cri cri, não pode fazer nada que eles reclamam, até pra entrar na piscina tem que ter exame medico... E olha que ninguem avisou sobre tais regras... Mas de resto é tudo mto bom e bem organizado.
