Casa Caiçara Acolhedora - Grandma Zezé's Chalet
A vacation paradise for your family
A cozy and airy house for summer days, providing a pleasant and cozy atmosphere with friends and family. The house has two suites and one bedroom, with the bedroom and one of the suites have air conditioning and ceiling fan, and the other suite has only ceiling fan.
It also has a living room with two environments, a pantry and a gourmet environment to be able to spend a relaxing time with family, friends or simply relax.
The gourmet environment has a kitchen with stove, microwave oven, utensils, several tables and also has a barbecue all in a delicious and sound environment.
Outside the house we have a shower in the garden, to remove the sand from the body, two car garage and four parking spaces.
The electrical outlets are 110V / 127V and the house has a reservoir of 7000 liters of water.
The house is close to the local shops: pharmacies, bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants and supermarket.
It is located on the north coast of São Paulo, 450 meters from Boracéia beach, a beach of excellent balneability served by several snack and drink stalls / kiosks.
The Boracéia beach has a length of 9 km and is on the border of Bertioga with São Sebastião, which provides beautiful walks along the beaches of the north coast of São Paulo.
