Excelente localização. Proprietários e funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto com algum desgaste normal de imoveis à beira mar (dobradiça enferrujada, ...), mas nada que desabone o local. Frigobar e ar condicionado muito bons. Gelam bastante se quisermos.

Café da manhã muito gostoso com folhados de goiabada e chocolate, pão de queijo, tudo fresquinho e com reposição rápida. Equipe da cozinha, Bistrô Dedo de moça, nota 10! Ana Paula e equipe muito prestativas, atenciosas e simpaticas. A equipe do Hotel igualmente simpatica e pronta para atender qualquer assunto, Karina e Jamily muita ágeis, Tarcisio e Neide muito legais e ajudam muito os hóspedes sempre com simpatia e muita educação. O único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a limpeza das piscinas. A Piscina principal estava soltando limo dos rejuntes, é nitido que ela não é limpa há meses. A frequencia da limpeza da piscina deixa a desejar, utilizamos por 4 dias a piscina principal e a agua já estava turva, mas até o final da nossa hospedagem não haviam colocado produtos de limpeza para clarear a água. Outro ponto são as piscinas aquecidas que durante toda nossa hospedagem de 7 dias, não foi limpa nem aspirada nenhum dia. Tanto que utilizamos as aquecidas apenas 2 dias, pq os outros dias estava impossivel usar devido ao mau cheiro e cor da água turva. Para finalizar, gostamos da nossa estadia, mas o hotel previsava de mais atenção na limpeza das piscina para ganhar nota 10.

Eu e minha familia fomos surpreendidos pela pousada. Ja no check in fomos muito bem atendidos. Foi permitido entrar no quarto antes das 14 hs pois estavamos com 2 idosos. Trocaram meu quarto para que ficassemos perto para auxiliar minha irma no cuidado com eles e um pet. O Cafe da manha otimo. Todos os dias tinhamos 2 tipos de frutas, 2 tipos de sucos, iogurte e varios pães e bolos. Pessoal super atencioso e nota-se que estao sendo feitos varios trabalhos para a modernização das instalações. A grande surpresa foi a ceia que fizeram na noite de Natal. Minha irma achou o colchao um pouco duro e faltam itens de acessibilidade como corrimao no banheiro e piso antiderrapante. Com um idoso com mobilidade reduzida foi um pouco dificil. A localizacao é excelente, em frente a praia num pedaco da orla super tranquilo. Nao precisamos levar cadeiras ou guarda sol pois no quiosque em frente, do Gabriel, foi nos fornecido mediante consumo. O que vale um adendo, os meninos sao super atenciosos , o pastel de queijo é super recheado e as caipirinhas deliciosas. Porções bem servidas e coco gelado. Com certeza voltaremos.
