Golfers will appreciate the proximity to picturesque Goswick Golf Club, while walking enthusiasts can enjoy the coastal path from Cheswick to Berwick. The historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed provides excellent shopping, galleries, and the Lowry Trail, with Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle making perfect day trips during your Northumberland vacation.

Upstairs, three elegant bedrooms each have a super-king-size bed, built-in storage and Smart TV. One has an en-suite shower room, while the main family bathroom includes a freestanding bath with handheld shower, separate walk-in rainfall shower, and a Bluetooth mirror for added luxury. A retro-style arcade machine on the upstairs landing adds a nostalgic touch for guests of all ages.
Outside, bi-folding doors open onto a raised, decked area with garden furniture – perfect for morning coffee or al fresco meals. Steps lead down to the fully enclosed garden with a lawn shaded by mature trees, brick-built BBQ, and plenty of space for children and pets to enjoy. A fantastic play area at the front of the house includes a trampoline, swings and a climbing frame – a real highlight for families. Off-road parking is available for three cars, with additional space if needed.
