Spacious Family House on the Northumberland Coast

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. The home includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a comfortable living room featuring a log-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining room for shared meals. Outside, there is a terrace at the front of the house, plus a small patio and balcony to the rear.



The Manor House is set in a quiet residential area, making it ideal for relaxed stays. We ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, particularly in the evenings, and to keep outdoor noise to a minimum.



Guests have exclusive use of the whole home, giving you complete privacy during your stay.



We respect your privacy and aim to let you enjoy your stay uninterrupted, but we’re always available if you need us. You can contact us easily via Airbnb messages or by phone at any time.



Check-in is usually self-service using the secure lockbox at the property. Depending on your arrival time, our housekeeper may also be there to welcome you.



Our home is perfectly position just off the A1 main road heading North/South. This provides easy access to the whole of the Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Coastline as well as the Scottish Borders. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell are all a short drive away as is Berwick upon Tweed.



Rail - Berwick upon Tweed railway station is just 10 miles away with car hire available. Alnmouth station is also just 24 miles away with Newcastle upon Tyne station 58 miles.



Bus - From Berwick upon Tweed there's an hourly bus service to Fenwick on Max x18 with Arriva taking less than half an hour. From Alnwick there's two services on Max x15 that take approximately half an hour and the Max x18 that takes a longer route.



Air - Newcastle International Airport is 53 miles away and Edinburgh Airport is 75 miles away.



We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with prior approval, subject to a £50 fee per dog. To help keep the house comfortable for all guests, we ask that dogs are not left unattended in the property and are kept off the furniture.
