Stunning villa with swimming pool on a lush green and sunny hill in Besozzo, Lake Maggiore.

This deluxe semi-detached villa (450 m²) sleeps up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms in a truly comfortable and enjoyable setting:
- On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room with ceiling high windows overlooking the outdoor terrace and pool, comfy couches and fire place. Dining room with access to the terrace. Toilet. Bedroom with double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
- On the lower floor is a very well equipped kitchen with large wooden table seating 12 people, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, laundry room.
- On the first floor is a sitting room with TV, bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional single beds (pull-out), bathroom with tub and shower.

Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with fridge and large table, ideal for outdoor dining, and a few steps down, two round tables with parasols overlooking the pool. The swimming pool area is fenced for the security of your kids and equipped with sun loungers. Next to the pool area is a lovely manicured lawn with gazebo.

This vacation villa is situated in a tranquil residential area at the end of a dead-end street, 2 km away from the lake. Nearby in Ispra (5 km) you’ll find a scenic lakefront promenade, marina, small beach and lakeside bars. Angera, 10 km away, is a charming laid-back village of with the historic Castle ‘La Rocca’ and ferry to Arona. The villa is also 10 km away from the charming town of Laveno, where you can hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake (regular crossings to the Borromeo islands, Stresa and Verbania Intra). The railway station of Laveno easily connects you with Milan city centre.
