Attic converted into a sub-slope with access via a miller's ladder (2 single beds 90x190 cm). Total floor space: 81 m² including attic areas. Small slate terrace in front of the entrance to the cottage. Village house adjoining another house, located in the heart of the village, in a quiet area, 100 m from the bakery. Food stores and sports stores nearby. Beautiful renovation combining modernity and mountain atmosphere. Unobstructed view of the mountain. Public parking on the Town Hall Square 100 m away. 600 meters from the cross-country and alpine ski trails of Bessans, a typical mountain village offering many sports activities in winter (120 km of alternative and skating trails, biathlon stadium and 50 km of discovery trails) as well as the summer with trails and hikes in the Vanoise National Park. Village located between the Iseran passes for access to Tarentaise and Mont-Cenis for access to Italy (passes open only in summer).
