Welcome to our beach villa with its own private apartment — a place made for coming together, with room for everyone to find their own space. Whether you're a large group of friends or a family gathering across generations, the layout gives you the best of both worlds: everyone under one roof, yet with quiet retreats when you want them. Set in a peaceful pine forest dotted with 11 lakes, the nearest beach is just 250 metres away, while the heart of Berlin is only 40 minutes by car and the airport just 20.



Inside the main villa, floor-to-ceiling windows draw the forest in and fill every room with light. The four bedrooms each offer a generous 180-cm king-size bed and a private wardrobe, two opening directly onto the balcony. The wellness bathroom is a retreat of its own — a walk-in rain shower, freestanding bathtub, and bidet to unwind after a long day, with a separate guest WC on the ground floor.



The heart of the home is the kitchen, made for shared moments. It's fully equipped for cooking and entertaining: a dishwasher, an in-sink garbage disposal, and dishes and glassware enough for a full banquet. For cooking and preparation you'll find an air fryer, a blender, and an exclusive coffee station to start each morning. There's also a full, beautifully appointed laundry room with a washer and dryer, space to hang-dry, and a bright ironing area in natural daylight. Step onto the kitchen terrace and fire up the wood-charcoal barbecue, then carry plates out to the garden, where multiple seating and dining areas invite long evenings under the trees. Two dedicated workspaces mean you can mix a little work with your stay if you wish. Beach towels are provided, and at the nearby lake you can rent stand-up paddleboards for a perfect day on the water.



The separate apartment completes the picture — finished in the same cool, comfortable design as the main house, and connecting to it through one of the terraces via its own floor-to-ceiling window. It feels both part of the whole and wonderfully private. The apartment offers a bedroom with a king-size bed and its own door, a single bed for an additional guest, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen, and a private washing machine — perfect for teenagers, grandparents, or anyone who appreciates a little independence.



Getting here is easy, with parking for up to 5 cars on the property — ideal when the whole group arrives together. We look forward to welcoming you and your group to this special place.
