Lakeside Retreat Villa with its private annex offers a rare setup for large groups who want to be together without living on top of each other. Set in a quiet pine forest beside 11 lakes, your own beach is just 250 metres away, with Berlin 40 minutes and the airport just 20 minutes away.



The main villa sleeps 10 across four king bedrooms, two of which open onto the balcony. Features include granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood-burning fireplace, rain shower, and a freestanding bathtub. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated coffee station, washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and two workspaces. The property boasts a large fenced garden, three terraces, a charcoal BBQ, and parking for five vehicles, plus secure bike storage in the house garage. All linen is included.



The private annex is finished in the same style and is connected via the terrace. It includes a king bedroom, a single bed, a shower bathroom, its own kitchen, and a washing machine. The annex is part of the whole property, yet wonderfully private.



Please note: the property is a private retreat in a residential neighbourhood. Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.



For teams and groups, Berlin is 40 minutes away. There are two workspaces, a 65-inch TV, and terraces suitable for catering. Whether you prefer to cook, bring in a caterer, or use the BBQ, the setup is ready. The villa and annex together sleep 14 guests and are exclusively yours during your stay.
